The Business Support Program is specifically designed to give ongoing support and guidance to the business owner. Developed by the Institute for Independent Business for small and medium businesses - over 55 areas of the business are examined over a 12 month period.

The IIB Executive Associate can call upon the vast resources of The Institute to address any business issue.

The Executive Associate will plan and coordinate the use of your allotted 192 hours of “hands-on” practical assistance from The Institute’s professionals. With mature professionals in every imaginable discipline available, you can decide to use the program for any number of the following needs:

Sales/ Marketing Plans
Review of marketing collateral including colors and messages. Refocus on the market, the products, the key customers where to spend effectively.
